The Winter Texan Welcome Back Reception will be hosted by the Mercedes Chamber of Commerce at the Youth Center at the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show Grounds on Wednesday, December 7th starting at 4 pm.  Winter Texans are invited to attend and enjoy refreshments and entertainment to Welcome you back to the Valley and to Mercedes.
